Enh. Request: Downsampling bitdepth before encoding

I noticed that Resolve could improve the down sampling of bit depth before encoding. There seems to be no dithering taking place during export which in many cases causes banding. A 10 bit sky rendered to an uncompressed 8 bit video causes banding.

I think that adding a "dither" or "error diffusion" checkbox in the render settings panel would be very useful.
