Dual system Sound in Resolve

I am attempting to convert from Premiere/Audition to Resolve/Fairlight. Shooting with an Ursa Mini Pro 4.6K, and recording sound (1-4 tracks) on a Zoom F4. I am trying to develop metadata conventions to make syncing the audio & video in Resolve as easy as possible. I have the Zoom set up to record Scene (1,2,3...) Shot (A,B,C...) Take (1,2,3...) and Camera to do the same. What work flow do you use to bring these files together and sync them with the minimum of fuss? Has anyone successfully jam synced time code between these 2 devices?
