Different 1D-LUT (.lut) types recognizing

Hi!
I need to prepare 1D LUT with .lut extension with one of the following types for onstage calibration of specific camera.

Type 1:
R,0,45
R,1,46
R,2,47
R,3,48
...etc. with G and B.

or Type 2:
0,45
1,46
2,47
3,48

But I can't even recognize this two types. All 1D LUTs that I converted with Lattice, of exported from DaVinci looks different way.

Can u review the Resolve LUT format using the LUTs we ship and match that format?

They are all open simple text.
