Hi I am using collaboration mode, and I can't use render cache function. but when I disable collaboration mode, render cache works fine.
so, is that a bug ?

The cache could be in the local drive (not shared) and inn that case will not work in collaboration.

However, there is the point to be said that usually collaboration users in big company use SANs, with common paths.

According to the manual, changes made by other collaborators don't affect what you see until you choose to include their updates. Sharing a cache would break that.
