Render at clip properties

Hi everyone, sorry if this information is readily available but I can't seem to find it. Is it possible to render videos at the properties of the file? If I render at automatic quality I often get a bitrate that's far higher than the original file, resulting in an unnecessarily big output file. Thanks!
