Audio Output only one channel

Hi,

I'm using Resolve 14.0.1.008 on a Windows 7 64Bit machine.

I imported a couple of videos and some mp3 audio. Deleted the original audio from the videos and replaced them with the mp3 audio. Plays fine in the Edit window, one Video track and one Audio track. Renders fine, delivered as mp4. Audio codec is AAC, output track 1 is "Main 1 (Stereo). I also tried Output Track 1 "Timeline Track", Track Number 1 Stereo.

But replaying the projekt after burning it to a DVD plays only one (left) channel in mono, with both settings.

Any idea what else needs to be checked?

Thanks!

Gunter

I'm not sure if this will solve your problem but try it.

Have a look at your Delivery page.

On the left, are Video, Audio, and File tabs. Look at Audio.

Try selecting or unselecting "Render One File Per Track"

I'm having a problem currently where unselecting it worked, but significantly lowered/ compressed the audio quality. Anyone else having this issue?

EDIT: Found this thread about it:

I guess I'm not alone.
