Hi,
I am new to this forum, and I am new at video editing.
For the last 6 months I have been generating optimized media, no issues. Now, out of the blue, DR-14 says "error while generating optimized media". The message is way to fast, and I got a screenshot, but it does not even says what kind of error.
I also looked for the "capture error log" or something (I read it somewhere in another post) but it is not even in my computer.
I tried changing the type of optimized media (im not home but something like) from 10 bit, to 16, to something ending with QHD or XHD or something and in general, ALL types.
I also unmounted all drives and mounted them again in preferences.
I am out of ideas.
Also, which FB group is active enough to post this kind of questions? I tried yesterday but I got no comments.
