Crash with media upload and timeline creation with 14.1

Having an issue where Resolve 14.1 will crash with any attempt of media upload or timeline creation. Have done a lot of trouble shooting including whipping and reinstalling GPU drivers & Davinci. Problem did not exist yesterday when everything was running smoothly, only thing I can think of is windows performed an automatic update that I can't identify. Interesting thing is that when I tested with 12.5.6 the issues disappeared.

Hoping someone would be able to find something in my logs that I am missing.

Geforce GTX 1070ti
Intel i7 7700
Prime Z270-A
