No audio outside of Fairlight tab (14.1.1)

I can't hear any audio except when I am on the Fairlight page. The meters show nothing either. This happens in all my projects regardless of whether Resolve is set to use system audio or embedded SDI. When I switch to Fairlight, everything is normal, audio plays back and meters show all channels.

The speaker set up is left on default, MAIN has the Out 1 and Out 2 applied. As everything works in Fairlight, I assume this is correct?

Christian, I'm sure you are seeing and not hearing as you described. I do want to let you know that audio is playing on Edit, Color and Fairlight tabs on my Windows laptop.

Doesn't help fix your problem, but at least it gives some hope.

Thanks Peter, so it looks like it might be a configuration issue on my side. Did you change the speaker set-up or the patch routing inside of Fairlight? I would think that the latter should be irrelevant if I just wanted to play a file from the Media page. And at the very least, it should show meters when playing back a file from the browser, right?

I got nothing.. 8 channel XDCAM, stereo ProRes, stereo WAVE, stereo MP3, all have the same problem. Gave up and reverted to version 12.5.6 for now.

Did you go directly from 12.5 to 14.1.1? Because I seem to remember some setting I had switch when going from 12.5 to one of the 14 beta versions. But I didn't change anything going from 14 to 14.1 to 14.1.1,

But I have to say that I don't believe I ever saw the meters not going.
