DaVinci Resolve 14 Crash-Wont open at all

Davinci Resolve was working fine earlier today. Had an install from a few months ago and everything was good. I was installing a new LUT pack when Davinci froze up on me. After about 20 minutes of being frozen i force quit the program and attempted to restart. Resolve would no longer open. It would boot up to the opening graphic and then crash and close. I uninstalled and deleted all Davinci related files, and did a fresh install of the newest version from the BlackMagic website (I assume 14.1.1) The problem has persisted and DaVinci Resolve will not open at all. Any ideas?
