Bug/Glitch Reporting

Is this the proper forum to report bugs/glitches?
Or are we just venting and helping each other out here?

This is a user forum.

If you need direct assistance open a ticket with BM support.
The link is on their website under support. Personally, I often give them a call first.

But the forum often is a very good knowledge base, too.
