Animating Effects

I got a request for Resolve. The current version is great and I love he basic share of effects that got added (maybe an option to hide the paid effect would be nice). But it struck me that you are unable to animate effects.
I would really like to animate the speed of the waves for example with the nice keyframe and keygraph that is available for all the other video values.
It would also be a great addition to link an animated value (like opacity) to a set range of frequencies and link up the amplitude of that frequencies to an animated value.
What do you think?
