Little bug in Fairlight page with effects?

Hi,
Just a small thingy: When I add an effect for one track in the mixer panel (open the drop down menu) at first I just get only the title bar of the effect with strange behaviour (stretched over several screens). When I close the effect "window" with the cross and reopen it, it behaves normal.

Did anybody else see this behaviour or is it a thing within my system?

Win10, Ryzen5, 980ti, 32GB Ram, DVR 14.1.1.005, Intensity Pro, dual monitor setup with mixer panel on second monitor

I've not see this with the plug-ins I'm using. (Izotope)
