"Use left and right eye SDI output" not working in UHD

PostThu Dec 14, 2017 3:19 pm

Hi guys,
I'm working on a project to compare two different grading settings, each on a different monitor (HDR vs SDR)

Using Resolve Studio 14.1.1 on Windows 10
Dual Xeon, 48GB RAM, GTX1080Ti, Decklink 4K Extreme 12G

I have mono timeline and clips and I'm using the Left and Right eyes color controls to make different color corrections on SDI out 1 and 2 (going to monitors 1 and 2)

This works perfectly if set at 1080p24, RGB 444, "Use left and right eye SDI output", Single Link
If I switch to 2160p24 RGB 444 (obviously changing also the decklink settings) Resolve is unable to apply output settings.
If I switch to 2160p24 RGB 422 (obviously changing also the decklink settings) I get no error, but just black on the monitors.
2160p24 422 without "Use left and right eye SDI output" works, but obviously I cannot grade on left/right monitors.

Any idea?
