Odd Frame Rates

In Resolve 14.2..."Added support for 95.905 fps timeline frame rate."

I'm confused.
My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.

I wouldn't waste a lot of time worrying about a feature I'm not going to use. I generally only worry about the software features I do use.
