Software not compatible?

PostFri Jan 12, 2018 2:01 am

Recently downloaded and installed Resolve 14 today on Windows 10. Every time I try to open it it says "No OpenCL Acceleration Hardware Detected". I thought maybe my GPU isn't compatible with openCL, but I checked the manufacturer's website and it says that it IS compatible. My graphics card in an Intel HD graphics 620. According to Intel it should be compatible or is not? Is there any way to make this work on my laptop? If not can the next update fix this, please? Thanks.

Your GPU is probably too low powered for Resolve.
