When I try to start up DaVinci Resolve, I get this error message after spending some time at the splash screen, and the program doesn't start:
DaVinci Resolve is unable to run as the application was not able to initialize the discrete GPU. ||Please ensure that DaVinci Resolve is configured to run in performance mode in your graphics card settings utility.
I'm not sure what it means when it says to make sure that DaVinci Resolve runs in performance mode. However, I did figure out something that does make it start up. If I open my device manager and go to my Display adapters, I have two graphics drivers, an AMD Radeon HD driver and an Intel HD Graphics driver. When I disable the AMD driver, DaVinci Resolve starts up normally. However, this isn't a good solution for me, because I've noticed that when I disable this driver, other applications run noticeably slower than before.
Is there something I an do to fix this?
