FAIRLIGHT Crash repeatable - Resolve Studio 14.2.1.007

Hello -

I have been facing a strange problem in the FAIRLIGHT page. On the FAIRLIGHT page if I ever attempt to resize the VIDEO PREVIEW windows and the METERS Panel by dragging down the panel divider. Immediately the screen gets garbled and Resolve crashes.

I have been able to replicate this problem across various projects even on a blank project.

Has anyone faced similar issues and have any suggestions to resolve this?

If you feel there is any more information that you require to help me resolve this issue, feel free to ask me.

The attachment Resolve 14.2.1 Crash contains a screen capture video of the problem.

Do you experience the same behaviour with Full Screen enabled under the Workspace menu?

Hello Reynaud Venter

I did try the option you suggested but it still shows up that issue.

Pity. I am unable to recreate that behaviour here.

Hi,

I could not reproduce on Windows 10: did you try to make a Workspace => RESET GUI LAYOUT? and retry?

Hello Jean Claude -

Workspace -> RESET GUI LAYOUT did not help. Now the difference is that earlier RESOLVE appeared to be not responding and I had to FORCE QUIT it manually and now the app is closing off immediately as soon I attempt the resize.

Do note that I am using the MAC version. Is anyone able to analyze the attached logs and figure out if there are any clues to my problem in those files?
