Keyframing Saphire lens flares?

I was wondering if there was a way to key the lens flares in Sapphire and BCC in resolve. I haven't found any articles that address. I see where you can do basic tracking(like headlights) but if you wanted to have the flare go across a graphic or around a circle, is there a way? Thanks in advance.

Have you tried putting the effect in it's own separate node and then keyframing that node?

Of course you can. Depending on the ofx parameters, you may be able to KF in its own panel, otherwise you can kf it by finding the "ofx" line of the node in the KF window... I've done it with Sapphire lens flares...
