Adding Motion Blur to Text movement

Short answer (to my best knowledge) No.

Bit longer one.

A. Resolve's Motion Blur is for video clips not graphics with alpha so it won't help you.
B. You can simulate Motion Blur using the available OFX Blur filters
C. I believe the only true Motion Blur plugin currently available is RSMB by RE:Vision. I have used it before and its an excellent tool. you can try a demo - http://revisionfx.com/products/rsmb/
D. Sapphire has a sort of Motion Blur effect you can also look into (also has a demo)

Could you turn the text into a compound clip? That should allow you to open it in Fusion...
(edit: I think you could even generate text with text+ in Fusion, though I haven't played around with that aspect of the program yet so could be wrong)

FYI, compound clips work for adding Fusion/OFX to text clips
