Pause Frame on c300 Mark 2 is wrong

I just conformed a sequence to c300 mark 2 raw canon xf media, GoPro, and black magic pocket camera. The sequence was edited in Avid. When I compare the offline to the the conformed AAF Timeline, ONLY the canon c300 mark 2 media is consistently off until I hit the frame forward button then the record side catches up and both the offline reference and the record side are in sync. This happens on every single C300 mark 2 clip but doesn't happen on the GoPro or BMPC clips.
