Transparent Power Windows in Timeline?

PostWed Feb 14, 2018 5:40 pm

Hi All -

I was wondering if I can use power windows to cut out parts from a clip to become transparent in the timeline - so it can show the track below?
Similar to what one would do in After Effects. I just need a simple masking to reveal something from another clips but I don't want to do the whole to After Effects and back game.

Thanks!

Just right click in the node editor and choose add alpha output, then connect the triangular alpha output of the node to the new alpha output.
