So I recently installed DaVinci Resolve 14.3 (I'm sorry I couldn't find a longer string than this) and everything seemed okay until i tried making a new project and nothing happened. Everything closed and DaVinci disappeared from my Task Manager. I tried opening the Untitled Project, but the same story. I turned my PC on and off, but no luck. I even tried re-installing DaVinci but it still won't let me access the editor.

I use a Windows 10 x64 ASUS Pure laptop with a Intel Core m3-7Y30 CPU with 4gb of ram

Not enough RAM. Resolve needs a minimum of 8 GB and is happier with 16.
Plus, do you have one of the GPUs mentioned in the configuration guide?
With that mobile CPU I'm afraid your laptop is far too underpowered for Resolve anyway.
