First of all, in a proper workflow you shouldn't be getting that much Offline frames for it to become a laborious task. Maybe you should change something in your pipeline that causes this ;)

Second, sadly, there isn't. Not that I know of. And this is especially frustrating because "Offline" state (or even Off/On state) isn't even part of a clip's metadata under any group (unless I really missed it hiding somewhere)
So I can't even have an Offline Smart Bin
Then it gets bit strange... Cause in Edit room Edit Index you can actually filter a timeline by Offline Clips
Yay! except...I never got it to work ): I suspect cause Offline-ness isn't part of metadata...

Would gladly find out I'm wrong about this.

Yes, well I've found that these bad frames are coming from the camera. And so I've had about 200 in 30 minutes.

I used scene detection to speed up the identification and elimination of the bad frames. Then I'll have to lowe the face reader on my Mavic.

Hey,
I think he maybe refers to a few offline frames at the end of some clips that are ok... There are a few topics on that here around, and I think it's a question of preferences or stuff. Crawl the forum cachecow...
