I can't start Resolve

Hi All,

I have downloaded and install the DaVinci Resolve but cannot start the software. I just can go to the step that let me choose the project and there are a new project there. I click open and nothing happen. All thing gone. That is!

My machine is Dell Precision T5400 with 32G Ram and display card is Quadro FX4600.

NVIDIA cards for Resolve 14 have to support at least CUDA 3.0 processing.

The FX4600 supports CUDA 1.0, and will not work. It won't even work with Resolve 12.5.

My machine is Dell Precision T5400 with 32G Ram and display card is Quadro FX4600.

I run both 12.5 and 14 on my T5400 at home (Win 7 and Win 10 on separate HDDs, one chosen upon boot) and it works pretty darned good for an older machine, but you have to get a newer video card. I am using a GTX 970 4GB and it does HD comfortably...

Thank you Frank and Dwaine for you feedback and suggestion. Now I know that the problem is in the video card and will plan to have a upgrade.
