Davinci Resolve will not open

I just downloaded the free version 14.3 on my Windows 7 computer. I installed it, and got a n error box
"Resolve.exe- Entry Point Not Found"
I uninstalled, and then reinstalled, and the same thing happens
Within the error box it states "The procedure entry point clEnqueueMarkerWithWaitList could not be found in the dynamic link library OpenCL.dll. "
Any thoughts ?

Its likely your computer is not suitable, but certainly it needs to be W10.
