I have the new Sumo 19 monitor from Atomos. I want to be able to use the Sumo monitor as a reference monitor so I can see the whole shot in the Sumo while grading/editing.

Can someone walk me through the process of setting this up?

Thanks in advance.

you should have a blackmagic decklink card, i think you can get it from $145 ofcourse depening on what resolution etc you need.

As Rick said:

Computer > Decklink Mini (either PCI or USB or Thunderbolt solution) > HDMI or SDI out to your Sumo.

Resolve will recognize that you have a Decklink and feed a full screen signal to your monitor.
