Resolve was working perfectly fine a few hours ago until I decided to try out full screen mode. It closed itself out (lucky I save regularly), and when I opened it again the icon on the taskbar shows up but the actual window doesn't. After messing around with my monitor settings I managed to open it to turn off full screen mode, but that didn't fix it. When I got back from my break the same problem began to happen again. I just reinstalled with the latest version, but that didn't fix it either. Any help would be appreciated as I have a project I have to get to a client soon.

I did at the time. When I was troubleshooting I did connect to my monitor again and the same problem was still happening. I tried in mirror and extended mode, but the problem still persisted which does not allow me to reset the UI.
I somehow fixed it/ it fixed itself. I tried a reinstall one more time and it did the trick this time. Not sure what was different but it worked. Thanks for the help everyone.
