Hello!
I was working on a project and everything went nicely until any new clips I brought in didn't have the audio tracks or any audio at all. I made a video which you can hopefully see here;

NOTES ABOUT THE VIDEO;
The audio that is there sounds weird because of how I set up my screen recorder. There are a couple parts that do have audio tracks, but you can barely hear them in the video. I could hear those just fine when recording. There are also a couple parts that seem to freeze and skip entire sections. Again, my screen recorder. The entire video seems to have some lag to me too. Again Again, low quality screen recorder.

You did not select the audio track as the destination for the edit. You only had a video track selected, therefore only video was added to the timeline. You should read the editing section in the manual to see how this works.
