Panasonic x920 - AVHCD audio not imported / ignored

- I record video on Panasonic x920
- Copy the file to my PC
- Import it to Davinci Resolve
- Audio channel is ignored and the file behaves like video only.
Is there a simple solution or do I have to extract the audio and import it separately?

AC3 (Dolby Stereo) won't work with R14.3/Win7 or (as far as I know) the free version of Resolve 14.3, regardless of OS.
