Retiming Mattes

I was just wondering if anyone knew of a way to retime a matte in Resolve? I can do this via fusion and I can make a new timeline of a matte which has been retimed as a clip and export it the correct length and reimport it as a matte but I can't work out any way to retime it in the colour page in a quick and simple way?

Also, is there a way to change the default behaviour from looping a matte?
