USB 3.1 support in BMD's custom build of CentOS 7.3?

PostFri Mar 09, 2018 12:09 am

I'm configuring some new Resolve workstations and I'm curious if BMD's custom build of CentOS 7.3 natively supports USB 3.1? Are drivers required or is support native to the Linux kernel?

I'm curious about this both for the Mini Panel and for external hard drives like LaCie Rugged USB-Cs.
