Lost DNG files during Resolve file clone

I filmed on the Ursa Mini in Raw for the first time the other day. Afterwards, I used the clone tool on Resolve to transfer the files to an external hard drive. It looks like a lot of the files haven't transferred fully since they cut off after a few seconds. Unfortunately, I don't have the memory cards anymore because I hired the camera.
Has anyone has a similar issue, and is there a way to retrieve the files?
