different bit rate

whats the best setting in davinci resolve when i import file with (1920/1080 50i mxf) format and other file with (1920/1080 mov 25p)

That has nothing to do with bit rate.
You have one format with higher temporal resolution and lower spatial resolution (i50) and another one, p25, where things are inverse. It all depends on your target audience. How will your videos be watched?

Typically you would want to set the project resolution and frame rate based on the deliverables and adapt your footage to those requirements.
