My apologizes ahead of time if this has been covered. I can't seem to find what I'm looking for.
Does DaVinci have a pen tool similar to FCP and PP where I can simply select the tool, place a dot on the audio level and lift or lower the level? I have attached a screengrab as an example.

Yes, you can do that in Resolve. Edited to remove the link to a tutorial that actually didn't cover this!
You actually can't do that in Resolve because it is not precise. I have tried and it has a snapping problem to where it only snaps at the places it wants, not in the places I tell it to...

Clip Gain (“Volume”) Nodes are locked to the frame. Sub-frame placement of key frames is not currently possible.
