Entering special characters via the German keyboard

PostWed Mar 21, 2018 8:46 pm

Hi:
I work with German Windows and German keyboard.
When entering shortcuts, Resolve sometimes requires the input of special characters, for example CTRL+/.

On the German keyboard I would have to enter CTRL+SHIFT+/, but this doesn't work in Resolve.
My question: How can I solve this problem?
Thanks in advance - kurt

Hi.
First thing which comes to mind would be to remap the keys to a shortcut which works on your keyboard.

Hi Kurt,

Similar situation I'm in, working on a Mac though. I bought a cheap English QUERTY keyboard and a click-wheel mouse to work with Resolve. Put on some stickers to not get confused with CTRL, CMD and ALT keys but works flawless.
