I'm using Da Vinci Resolve 14.3 with an AMD Radeon R9 200 series with 2GB of RAM, and I'm very frequently getting the error "your gpu memory is full Try reducing the timeline resolution or the number of correctors."
I already set the resolution of the timeline to 1280x1080 but no luck... My footage has a maximum resolution of 1920x1080
I used Da Vinci Resolve 12 in the past and I never had this error. What can I do to solve this problem?
Will I have quality loss when i set the resolution to 1280x720, or can I make the project with the timeline in a lower resolution and render it on pc with better gpu with resolution 1920x1080 so I have no quality loss of my footage?
You can work at 720, then switch resolution before render without loss, however you will probably just postpone the issue: if you cannot work smoothly now, probably you will not be able to render the final.

I changed the resolution of my timeline to 1280x720 and I'm still getting this error. My timeline is also only 5 minutes atm. I always get this error when I'm on the media tab for importing my footage. I probably got to switch to Da Vinci Resolve 12, or is there another solution?
