Resolve 14 audio mapping (HELP!!!!)

So...I know i'm late to the party...
We JUST upgraded to Resolve 14 on our machines from 12.5 Not gonna lie, for the most part I'm enjoying it. However, why the crap is audio mapping so hard?!?!?

I've looked at a few tutorials and figured out how to basically do it. Only problem is i'm using the "MAIN" outs. Which limits me to only 8 channels. How the hell do I map out more mono channels?

This is basically what i'm doing:

Bus Format: Add 4 mono main outs.
Bus Assign: Main 1 to Audio 1, Main 2 to Audio 2, Main 3 to Audio 3, and Main 4 to Audio 4.
FINALLY
Patch input/output: Main out to Audio Outputs Main 1 to Out 1, Main 2 to Out 2, Main 3 to Out 3, and Main 4 to Out 4.

That works perfectly! However, i'm limited to 8 channels....Hasn't happened yet. But what if I need 12????

there's some workaround by playing in the F'duplight page with sub mixes... good luck

i gave up and have been finishing in a finishing tool that works
