Resolve does not recognize Euphonix MC Color
Posted: Mon Apr 23, 2018 1:36 pmHello, I am a Resolve Studio user and have been using Euphonix MC Color since version 11, connected to the ethernet port of the motherboard, Windows 10 64-bit platform. Recently for no reason Resolve stopped recognizing MC Color, I currently use version 14 of Resolve Studio and version 3.4 of Avid EUCON.
For a moment I imagined it to be a Windows update, but the EUCON software recovers MC Color and using the application button, I can select the software and open windows in Windows 10 ... In this way I believe the error is the connection with the Davinci. I've already done the process, to disable Euphonix, close Resolve, open enable, close and reopen Davinci and nothing happens. Could it be some IP configuration, I do not know what else to do ...
