Is there a third part library for visual effect for Resolve?

PostMon May 07, 2018 4:44 pm

I was watching this video on YouTube and saw these cool effects which I liked a lot. Can these be duplicated on Davinci Resolve?

The video url is this.
Windows 10 (Version 1809) | Intel i5-4440 CPU @ 3.10GHz | 12 GB RAM |
ASUS GTX-1050 Ti | Hard Drive 1 TB |

BCC & Saphire are the gold standard,

and there's some native OFX worth looking at

Red Giant also have some transitions i think (i have them on one machine, but it's in use today so i can't check)

Yes, you can add motion graphics to your footage and track it so that they follow some element in the footage. You can also do pretty much any kind of transition.

Here is an example I did in Fusion.
Win 10 Home | Intel i7 - 10700f 64 GB 1 TB GB SSD 2 TB SSD
RTX-3060 12 GB | Resolve Studio 18.6.6| Fusion Studio 18.6.6

Win 10 Home | Intel Core I7-7700HQ 32 GB 1 TB NVME SSD 1 TB SATA SSD
GTX-1060-6GB | Resolve 17.4.6
