Local Database issues

Whilst following a tutorial on the net, I accidentally deleted my Local Database in my launch project window. It didn't have any projects in it so no great shakes at this stage, but i'd like to bring it back so i can continue to upload some rushes. Can anybody please tell me how to create a new Local Database please? Really appreciated.

You should be able to create a new database from the project manager window. Just click the upper left button to show the list of current databases and click "New Database" button at the bottom.

I've been trying to set up a portable database on an external hard drive but having issues. I then chose to delete my local database, which is how i got into problems.
