no search bar for fusion tools

PostFri May 25, 2018 8:01 am

it has basically left it useless for me, as the time it takes for me to find specific tools is so long its crazy. I cant jsut type in a search bar for a tool I want. I see this tutorial Im watching and he's able to press control+space to find tools, but that doesnt work. Maybe he is on windows, I am on a mac.

Is there something I am missing?

Shift space bar works for Mac too. At my desk and at all our NAB demos.

Which language keyboard do you have, specific OS version, etc?

Peter, Shift+Space bar works on mac. Thank you. The tutorial said control+space bar, and Sam Steti says he uses cmd+space bar, but shift+spacebar is working.

Appreciate it thanks again.

I was puzzled by by this shift + SB answer I regularly read here around, so I just opened Fusion now and tried again to be sure : it happens that both shift + SB and cmd + SB work...
Obviously I was tented to adopt the closest one, this is the reason why I didn't even try shift until today. BTW, this is on my Fusion studio standalone, didn't take time to boot on another system just to try that on Resolve 15 beta.
