Windows 10 Resolve App Crashing Still Even After Update

Good evening everyone. I just got a new PC rig and wanted to try Resolve on it. I was attempting to color some S-Log3 1080p footage captured from a FS7. Every time I open Resolve and put my media in the timeline, the app crashes but does not give me any indication as to why. I updated my Resolve from 14.0.1.008 to 14.0.3 and it still crashes. Any help would be appreciated!!

Davinci Resolve 14.0.3
Windows 10.0.17134
GPU - MSI Radeon RX 480 GDDR5 4GB CrossFire
Resolve installed on a 128GB SSD
