Workflow request (or perhaps I am just missing something)

Hey guys just want to say up front DaVinci is seriously starting to replace Premier for me.
Most of my work is cutting up highlights from live broadcasts so I ingest a huge amount of footage every day. See this image of my current ingest list: (I would post a url to the image if I was allowed hah)
Ideally I would like to speed up this process as it is the slowest part of my workflow easily taking 60-70% of my time. I work with rough paper edits (no timecode at the time of recording) then pop out sub clips and tag them with relevant metadata so I can search them easily later.
Couple of small things which would make this process faster:
Honestly this may be outside the scope of what DaVinci Resolve is trying to be but its nice to ingest, cut and paint all in one place before sending parts to AE. Also if all of this can be done already please help me out because clearly I'm blind!
Thanks!

Couple of small things which would make this process faster:
- Select multiple "clips" and place them each in their own bin with one click
- Being able to have multiple in and out points in a clip then mass export them to sub-clips
- An automated way to take in and out points from a three column google sheet (in/out/notes)
- Way to add custom metadata to the clips (I have to do this in adobe right now)
- Playback speed variable rate
- Zoom in on the scrub bar (when dealing with a 14 hour file my mouse dpi isnt high enough to make 10/15 second jumps so I end up going back a couple of minutes and having to play it through again)
- Or two scrub bars like in the old a/b edit days where one wheel moved by frame and the other scrubbed.
