Dual screen mode Window disappearing video

I was hoping this was going to be fixed but the painful bug where the video window, FX, EQ, or VST window disappearing on 2nd monitor using Windows 10 is still happening on the the full release of DaVinci Resolve 15.

Was this problem ever added to the bug list?

I know this has been brought up a number of times, but I am finding this to be a painful problem as well.

I guess a lot of people are not using dual screens and haven't experienced this. I would be interested to know if its just a Windows problem or across different OS. Is there anyone reading this from Blackmagic that can update on if this has been noted as a bug?
