We are looking for you to provide us link to a Resolve diagnostics log .zip file.
What do you mean you don't have a Help tab in your Resolve? Is Resolve running? Are you able to start a new project? If so, do you see any menus across the top, like Color or Fairlight or Workspace? If you see those, Help will be the next one after Workspace. And that's where you'll find the "Create Diagnostic Log on Desktop" menu selection.
If Resolve is not running, or you can't open a new project, then you can generate the log file manually, as per the first message in the thread at this link, which is listed in the link we provided above:
