TB3 support is up to Intel as far I read. We will have to wait and see if they allow. Though I will likely not use as there are plenty of other options for me. Still waiting for my 1920 that was a good price but back ordered !!! As well as G.Skill 3200Cl14 also back ordered.

It's actually written right on the socket. Hard to do it wrong, really. Although conventional wisdom is to catch each screw one thread and then finish torquing them in the prescribed order, so as to avoid this problem (6:21):
