Missing Setting

I've having trouble recalling where a particular setting is. How do I switch between showing the file type and the clip name under the clips on the Color page?
My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.

on v15
Double click the text under the thumb to change to file/clip name.
View menu to change between file/clip name.
