Your RAM is at the lower end and the most important point: which GPU do you have (graphics processor)?
Now that the cat #19 is out of the bag, test it as much as you can and use the subforum.

It seems that you may get similar results by launching resolve on mobile phone.
Ok, that's enough joking your PC specs are too low for resolve to work properly.
