Output file issues

Hi I shoot my videos with my Nexus6P cellphone at 1080P

I used Resolves output in YouTube and custom also as 1080P. My result is that everything is scaled down and is small. Here is both versions. The bigger one is what I want and second is not what I want to have. I hope you guys can help!

Choose Project Settings -> Image Scaling -> Scale Entire Image to Fit and see if that works.

BTW, note that "vertical video" is not a great choice for 1080 HD.
